I see 2020
But I couldn’t see the tornado coming
It sat me down when I’m usually running
Got me thinking bout dumb things like money
But hey, I try to stay high

Just another day gone by
I’m a bird in a cage forbidden to fly
In a world changed overnight
Into a place that I don’t recognize
Another storm that we all gotta weather
Does it have to get worse before it gets better
I’m staring down the thought that I may never hold you again
If this is the way it’s always gonna be
Then 6 feet is where you can bury me
