I have a dream that one day,
This nation will rise up,
And live our creed, “created equal.”

One dark day after another,
Everyone needa look out for the other.
People on the street,
Calliin’ out police brutality.
I’m just tryna spread a message we all need to hear,
One of positivity, equality, and no fear.
Everybody sing loud and clear for unity.

All that we worked for to make the country what it is,
Goini’ down in flames, that’s literal and figurative.
People on the streets,
Callin’ out racist atrocities.
And I know that I’m white, but I’m singin’ for the black lives.
Spreadin’ all the love and peace through the bad times.

‘Cuz it’s our time.
